FUTURETEAMING INTERACTIVE FEEDBACK AND KITEBOARDING INTRO WORKSHOP

Futureteaming is a consultancy with its roots firmly planted in performance management in high risk environments. With our background in, amongst others, Aviation, Police and Agile IT industries, our team has a trackrecord of successful programs supporting (hybrid) high-performance teams.

One of the backbones in these programs is Feedback. Backed by our award winning book “Feedback First”, we integrate the “CLEAR and CALM” Feedback structure to open up interpersonal dynamics and build teamperformance. Interested? Great!

To support the Kite4life foundation market we offer the following program;

* A morning introduction workshop to the CLEAR and CALM Feedback structure; theory end practice, +/- 3 hours.

* An afternoon introduction to kiteboarding; essential theory regarding kiteboarding and actual set-up and flying a kiteboarding kite, +/- 3 hours.

(be prepared to get wet!)

As you will be working in teams, the morning feedback theory will come in handy during the kiteboarding in the afternoon!

Fully licensed International Kiteboarding Organization (IKO) instructors will be available during the afternoon session. Already a kiteboarder? Great! Lots of opportunities to provide your colleagues with feedback and have a kite-session on the North Sea!
